The Field Marketing Senior Analyst will support the Great Lakes Region team in the execution of local marketing initiatives in top retail and prestige partners such as the Detroit Tigers and Michigan State University. The Marketing Senior Analyst will be responsible for the communication and execution of marketing programs in assigned markets and accounts. The person will also manage day-to-day communication with select brand teams, such as Lipton, to include brand asset and fund planning. This role will also be responsible for implementing strategic brand planning leveraging share reporting and provide post program analysis detail
* Support the execution of national brand programs at a regional level
* Assist in the development of marketing programs leveraging regional sports properties
* Manage the creative process and execution of marketing programs in select key accounts
* Manage communication with select brand partners
* Provide local consumer and trade insights to assist in the creation of region wide brand programming
* Leverage the marketing toolkit to help drive the brand marketing agenda in the assigned markets.
* Optimize resource allocation including Point of Sale (POS), coupons, permanent merchandising, and other marketing tool kits
* Build, communicate, and activate regional playbooks to support priority brand
* Lead region Marketing post-program score carding of priority programming and Big Bet innovation launches against success metrics
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* BA required
* 4+ years marketing or sales experience
* Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or supporting CPG organizations a plus
