Job Summary

Accelerate.Provides technical expertise and support in the pre- and/or post-sales process to facilitate product/service implementation and to identify and satisfy customer needs. Supports the sale with technical expertise. Manages the coordination of activities with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees. Manages all aspects of the Solution Engineering organization, which may include either pre-sale technical support and/or post-sale customer support. Manages the activities of individual contributors or supervisors in a section or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies. May participate in the development of functional strategy. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance and salary decisions.
Successful candidate must reside near a major metropolitan area within the defined Sprint Great Lakes region such as Pittsburgh, Cincinnati/Covington, Columbus, Cleveland, Louisville, Detroit, or Indianapolis.Manages solutions engineers focused on wireless solutions in support of sales channels including ENT, PS, & SMB. Solution support includes IOT, Mobile enablement, workforce management, workforce productivity, etc. and overall sales and technical support.Sprint offers career development, amazing benefits and innovative workplace practices. Bachelor's degree and eight years related work experience or twelve years related work experience post high schoolFive years engineering, sales engineering or sales experienceFive years project management experienceThree years supervisory or management experience
