- Analyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify business intelligence applications
- Responsible to assess business requirements and provide design leadership to address impact analysis to data flows, systems impact, and data impact analysis
- Experience in JIRA required
- Ability to capture and appropriately communicate project business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement)
- Gap Analysis - Business Requirements Evaluation vs. Best-in-Class practices
- Development of Requirements Traceability Matrix for usage in development and quality assurance
- Business Processes Definition – From business objectives to application process definitions
- Data and KPI Definitions – From KPI to data is required to support definitions
- Business Case Development and support of project estimations
- Supporting of Quality Assurance test strategy and contribution to test coverage assessment
- KPI Definition and Business Transformation
- Systems Development – Definition, Design, Testing, Roll-out
- Participate in technical research to enable continued innovation within IT systems
- Strong Automotive OEM experience
- Experienced in agile methodologies around rapid Business Intelligence Development
- Collaborate/communicate with project team and business users as required
- Ability to Independently work towards a goal
- Ability to work in a relatively ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability to work in a high stress, multi-project environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years overall IT experience: including 3+ years of systems analyst and 2+ years of application development experience
