Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products is currently changing the outcome of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) with its automated FIT screening test. There is very large growth opportunity as FIT is becoming part of the standard of care in CRC Screening.
Education Required:
Regional Account Executives must possess a 4-year college degree.
Minimum Requirements:
Top performer with a minimum 3-7 years of experience in the medical industry and insurance arena. This position works closely with key personnel (CMO, CFO, COO, Lab Directors, Medical Directors and others) for launching and supporting CRC annual screening programs. A proven track record of top performance must be documented. We require a positive attitude and a sense of urgency, along with strong work ethic to achieve the desired results. Excellent oral and written skills, time management skills, team building skills, self-motivated, responsible and achievement motivated.
A valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance are required.
Job Description:
Regional Account Executives build long-term relationships with healthcare institutions within their Region and bring value to these institutions by introducing them to some of the leading diagnostic testing kits and equipment in the industry.
The primary responsibility of this sales position will be to sell a variety of product lines for Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products within an assigned territory. Your main focus will be to create new customers and expand sales to existing Polymedco customers.
Responsibilities would also include the development and growth of relationships with decision makers, key physicians, and thought leaders within the territory. Employees in this role are responsible for assisting in the successful implementation of new products within very large healthcare institutions through various means. These avenues include, but are not limited to, educating, in-servicing, and interfacing with physicians, nurses, clinic administrators, laboratory personnel, etc. who are affiliated with large hospitals, medical groups and healthcare systems that are currently utilizing Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products assays. An average of 8-9 nights of travel per month is required.
Initial training:
Initial training will take place in both our New York and Chicago offices over the first 6 – 8 months of employment.

Salary:
First year income commensurate with experience. Second year compensation based on meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving usage of Polymedco products within new and existing accounts.
