GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Tuition Assistance Program Specialist to work out of our Troy, MI office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide high quality program support by utilizing excellent administrative, customer service, and leadership skills.
* Conduct quality assurance tasks and achieve superior accuracy measures
* Participate and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide a level of escalation for TotalAccess service request tickets related to complicated enrollments, research & work with customer/payroll/payment services to resolve issues, and in support of domestic and international local hire employees (ILHE)
* Research and compile benchmarking of other client programs
* Present LTP Career advising information to future participants both virtually and face to face in support of career booths.
* Develop, adjust, deploy and analyze LTP participant surveys for enrollment motivation, customer satisfaction, and university/program satisfaction. Present results to client.
* Write various communications in support of projects as well as policy and process changes, end of the year promotions and ad hoc.

* Must be willing to travel to support the LTP Presentations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Associates and/or bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent level of skills and experience
* Prior experience in an administrative and/or customer service position
* Web-based application data entry and help desk experience
* Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
* Advanced MS Outlook skills
* Tuition Program Management system and/or Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
* Help desk issue ticket tracking system experience preferred
