We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst II to join our Financial Analysis - NA Manufacturing and Supply Chain team in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Financial Analyst II, you will:
Be responsible for financial support of the inventory and supply chain operations as well as directly supervise a team of Finance professionals. The key responsibilities will include inventory and costing management, oversight of financial support for freight operations, and major project analysis. You will ensure all financial reports and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Actively lead monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8 years of professional accounting, finance and analytical experience with progressively expanding duties.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
- Master’s in Business Administration.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience working with Supply Chain or Operations teams.
- Experience working within a manufacturing company.
- Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data.

- Strong accounting, analysis, problem solving and data gathering skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills.
