Sr. Security Officer - ENT00043
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Enterprise Security Officers and leaders in enforcement of all corporate rules, regulations, laws and ordinances applicable to the conduct of employees and others while on the premises. Secure property against damage, fire, theft, trespassing and illegal entry.
40/hr per week, with a rotating schedule. The shift time is 1:45 pm - 10:15 pm.
Security
* Monitors and issues employee and visitor ID cards, boxes and packages; assists visitors and provides security at entrances and exits of company buildings.
* Writes and investigates incident reports.
* Patrols buildings and grounds for fire and safety violations.
* Performs routine fire extinguisher inspections and fire alarm tests; duress tests, and completes inspection forms.
* Directs traffic on company properties and enforces regulations and violations as needed.
* Provides escort to vehicles and transportation as needed.
* Assists in training and guidance of Security Officers and may act in the absence of Security leadership.
* Consistently demonstrate knowledge application through adherence and administration of corporate policies and performs other duties as requested.
Command Center
Command Center Security Officer may perform above duties and responsibilities in addition to the following:
* Monitors and operates computerized building safety and security systems; answers customer information requests, and dispatches appropriate staff via radio and telephone for building security.
* Monitors enterprise-wide security systems and networks, such as closed circuit technology. Test and documents operation of all CCTV cameras to ensure functionality state-wide.
* Receives and responds to emergency and non-emergency calls from internal and external stakeholders. Performs multiple stakeholder requests via phone, email and access controls systems. Liaison with Public Safety throughout the state for enterprise dispatch in an emergent situation.
* Processes and evaluates information received, prioritizes calls and dispatches required units and/or agencies.
* Maintains status and locations of post officers. Monitors and coordinates unit activity and assignments via radio frequencies.
* Creates and distributes mass Emergency Notification System (ENS) messages for emergent situations
* Creates and maintains automated or manual logs.
* Performs various access control audits for all facilities.
