KMG Prestige is seeking a part time Maintenance Technician in Sebewaing , MI. Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills a must, along with superior customer service skills. Must be experienced in unit turns, be able to multi task, and conduct preventative operations. Proficient technical skills preferred include, but are not limited to: general construction, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair. Candidate must have their own tools.
