We are currently looking for as Associate Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Holland, MI. Internal Only: This is a salaried exempt level 14 role, reporting to Carmen Brower.
As an Associate Financial Systems Analyst, you will:
Support ongoing efforts of Haworth financial systems strategy. This is a highly visible, fast paced role that works with all facets of our Finance organization, both in North America and Globally and supports implementation of business process and systems solutions. You will work with Global Information Services (GIS) to develop and maintain global financial systems strategy.
Do you have the following required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business, Computer Science or Supply Chain, including coursework in computer science and/or systems.
- 2 years’ experience of work in accounting or finance.
- Requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have the following preferred qualifications?
- Experience with working with global company.
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Customer Service experience with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Strong accounting/analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and collaborative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
