The ideal Electrical Engineer must possess all of the following:

Requires one of the following:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study and three (3) years of electrical engineering experience

Associate’s degree with nine (9) years of electrical engineering experience
-
Experience in designing, developing, implementing and troubleshooting motion control systems, with variable frequency and servo drives
-
Experience in designing, developing, implementing and troubleshooting electrical control systems (with PLCs and relay logic), control networks, production automation equipment, and industrial controls networks
-
Familiarity in using and programming machine control software
-
Experience in using HMI devices and programming in Ladder Logic
-
Knowledge of practical applications of engineering principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of engineering systems
-
Proficiency in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics
-
Experience in creating detailed electrical schematic diagrams, technical plans, blueprints, design drawings, and associated models and prototype systems
-
Knowledge of industrial production processes, quality control methods, cost reduction techniques, and other best practices for maximizing manufacturing and product distribution efficiencies
-
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines, under minimal supervision in both independent and collaborative work environments
-
Strong verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related information
-
Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport

The ideal Senior Electrical Engineer must possess all of the following:

Requires one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study and six (6) years of electrical engineering experience, OR
-
Associate’s degree with twelve (12) years of electrical engineering experience
-
Experience in designing, developing, implementing and troubleshooting complex control systems with ladder logic Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interface (HMI) devices, and machine control software
-
Advanced practical experiences in applications of engineering principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of engineering systems
-
Proficiency in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics

Advanced experience in creating detailed electrical schematic diagrams, technical plans, blueprints, design drawings, and associated models and prototype systems
-
Advanced knowledge of industrial production processes, quality control methods, cost reduction techniques, and other best practices for maximizing manufacturing and product distribution efficiencies

Ability to apply logical reasoning to evaluate competing solution approaches, and critical thinking to define optimal solution paths
