We are seeking someone to perform the following:
- Administrative Support
- Assist and support the Commercial Lenders in the administration and management of their individual commercial loan portfolios.
- Review credit approval and preliminary loan documents for completeness and accuracy prior to loan closing. Complete funding of the loan and assures all the required documents have been received following loan closing and prior to booking.
- Maintain knowledge of current lending policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain credit files by keeping information confidential, organized, and up to date.
- Assist in clearing insurance and financial statement exceptions in order to meet department goals.
- Monitor daily overdrafts and refer to Commercial Lender for decision.
- Customer Service (Internal and External)
- Serve a “first point of contact” for commercial customers; primary contact for all customer service issues.
- Assist customers with draws, transfers, wires, and loan payments with appropriate authorization.
- Special Projects
- Coordinate and/or complete special projects requested by the Commercial Lenders or Senior Management.
The candidate must have:
- Limited training normally acquired through high school education
- Over 3 months to 1 year of experience
