Objective:
To provide quality support services in a prompt and professional manner to Policyholder Services (Departments (i.e., Processing, Underwriting, Life, and P/C Customer Service) and Farm Bureau Insurance agents and insureds.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming mail, output, e-mail and faxes. Sort, classify and distribute the incoming work for PHS and Underwriting regularly throughout the day by placing work on shelves according to established procedures for maintenance and workflow distribution. Match incoming documents with existing source documents, where appropriate.
Prepare quotes for Processing and Underwriting. E-mail and follow up with agents when information is missing or incomplete.
Prepare underwriting letters for all lines of business including keying, proofing, printing and, sorting. Assist underwriters in pulling letters that do not need to be done, etc.
