Job Description
*Location: Westland MI
To provide case management and related services to trainees enrolled in employment and training programs.
Knowledge of case management principles, special populations, regulations and legal issues, vocational counseling and service options and supports. Documented skill in areas of written and verbal communication, group dynamics, service plan development and implementation, advocacy, human relations and time management. Effective decision making and problem solving skills, ability to meet performance goals and deadlines, conceptual thinking and analytical skill required. Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
