Are you a top-notch CNC Programmer/Operator with experience creating precision machined parts? If you said "yes", then you may be the key person Roush is looking for to produce precision work. We have a day shift position available located at our Dearborn, MI facility. This is a 40-hour work week, with limited overtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience cutting metals such as steel, stainless steel, alloys, and aluminum
- Minimum 2 years of experience with programming and operating CNC centers
- Must have experience with at least one major CNC programming software
- Possess the skills to work from prints, sketches, verbal instructions, and solid models
- Possess the skills to read and interpret blue prints with GD&T descriptors
- Must possess good attention to detail
- Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft office applications: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in the use of Mastercam software
- Experience editing G & M codes in the operation process
- Interest in developing prototype parts from concept drawing to finished product
