Large logistics company in Auburn Hills, MI has opening for a Human Resources Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of employee records, including new hire personnel files, I-9 forms and other HR-related documents
- Double checking data entered from completed forms or other documents are accurate and complete while rectifying and following up on any errors or discrepancies found
- Data entry of new hire benefit information
- Entering, following and resolving open IT tickets for various departmental needs.
- Setting up benefit profile for new hire employees in benefits administration systems
- Serve as back-up support for HR team members
- Making new hire packets and assisting new employees with paperwork
Experience:
Need advanced proficiency in MS EXCEL and MS Word
