DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Deskside Support Team provides hands-on support for IT systems at the Troy and Auburn Hills, Michigan campuses. You will be a part of a highly-motivated team that collaborates to solve problems and deliver/setup IT systems at Koch’s corporate headquarters. You will challenge your problem-solving skills and be faced with a new challenge every day. The perfect candidate will work well on a high performing team, will challenge processes, be an excellent communicator, and will be committed to improving the deskside support capability. As a member of the deskside support team, you will have your foot in the door to an IT-focused company while heavily networking through your regular daily activities.

As a Deskside Support Technician, you’ll work alongside other IT professionals and collaborate to solve hands-on IT problems at the Troy and Auburn Hills campuses. KBS is leading IT change at Koch Industries and your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be pivotal to our continued success. You will work with modern tools to handle day-to-day work that you choose. You will be expected to improve processes and challenge the status quo in both operational and project work. Your autonomy and initiative will be key to your success in our self-driven environment.
