The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and tracking a specific vehicle brand’s incentives (Retail, Lease, Consumer and Bonus Cash) including identifying incentive opportunities vs. the competition while maintaining product integrity and targeted per unit incentive spend. The job responsibilities entail calculating approved national lease strategy payments, term and due at signing for each nameplate within a vehicle brand’s portfolio while determining the most cost efficient method to achieve strategy payments. In addition, this individual will be responsible for all bank communications from US Sales Incentives.
The selected candidate will share best practices, have sharp working knowledge of industry and competitive activity, identify best practices and source/provide insight on new approaches to the practice of incentive programs.
The keys to success in this position include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility with acceptance of new responsibilities, and providing leadership and clear recommendations to vehicle brand teams.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•3 years of automotive OEM sales and marketing experience
•Strong analytical skills
•Ability to present creative solutions to business opportunities
•Self-starter; energetic and passionate about achieving set goals
•Flexibility; ability to shift work and priorities as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
•Strongly prefer 4+ years of FCA Business Center experience
•Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Experience with Essbase, COGNOS, IDR and CINON
