The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Customer Obsession as it relates to the creation of product for our customers. Employees are expected to be proficient in Shipping, Material Handling, Returns, and Production. Strict adherence to the safety, quality, and production standards is expected. Adaptability and flexibility in work assignments and a focus on doing whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer are key components for this role.
The regular hours (subject to change) for this position are Monday through Friday 3:15-11:45pm OR Monday through Friday 1:15 - 9:45 PM. We allow our employees to select which shift they would like to work on. This includes two, ten minute breaks and an unpaid 30 minute lunch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or GED
* Must be able to work overtime as required
* Able to read and take direction in English
* Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.
* Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
* Able to stand and walk for long intervals (up to 8 hours) and through overtime as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Demonstrated positive work attitude & leadership skills
* Ability to be certified to operate company vehicles
* Commitment to a culture of safety
* Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Must be able to work independently and without regular supervision
* Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, team lead, and supervisor
* Demonstrated ability to learn and apply with consistency in quality and output
* The ability to produce accurate work results and a high attention to detail in work products including paperwork
* Must be willing to cross train as needed to meet ever changing operational needs and have the ability to meet standards in all areas
* Advanced work experience or college degree work
