To provide outpatient therapy, screening, assessment, consultation, and follow-up to all patients who seek services without regard for their ability to pay. Good organizational skills, flexible thinking, independent worker, excellent communication skills are all needed. This position functions according to best practices in the field and reflecting the mission and vision of Baldwin Family Health Care. This position would be located at Pine River Schools in LeRoy, Michigan.
Formal Education and Experience Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work related field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- 5+ years of post-graduate work experience with children and adults in individual or group settings.
Licensing and Certification: Person in this position must have the following:
- Michigan Licensure for Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LLPC), Masters Social Work (LLMSW or LMSW), or Psychology (TLLP or LLP).
- May require Substance Abuse Certification with MCBAP (Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Counseling) or be eligible to enter into a Developmental Plan with MCBAP for a Substance Abuse Credential.
