Under the direction and supervision of the Associate Dean of Student Life/Title IX Coordinator, the LGBTQ+ Resource Center Representative/Coordinator actively provides support and advocacy to campus community members who identify as LGBTQ+. This is a new center and position to the University. This position will also provide programing and educational opportunities to campus to help promote an inclusive environment, and increase the capacity of the University to meet the needs of the LGBTQ+ community. Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience advocating for LGBTQ+ communities, or other marginalized and vulnerable communities.
