Systems Technology Group (STG) has immediate opening for Financial Administrative Assistant for our direct automotive client in Warren, MI. Duration (This is a 14 week assignment but it will depend solely on the candidates Skill and performance if it will go longer).
Work Environment & Schedule: M-F, 8am - 4pm
General Description:
This is a newly formed cross functioning group that tracks the process from planning to retiring. It is very non-traditional Special Assignment. Lots of interaction with the plant maintenance tracking what is being brought as far as assets. Working with the full time onsite Project Planner
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collecting data
• Summarizing and analyzing data
• Drawing conclusion from data
• Draw process data out
• Developing process (Develop process flows, process narratives, and business requirements)
• Identify, document and analyze the current business processes
• Gather Business Requirements from key process stakeholders
• Interview cross-functional stakeholders to understand current state processes
• Actively contribute process improvement insights and ideas
• Support design of future state business processes
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Operating in non-structured environments
- Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Pivot tables experience
Required Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related area
