Education or Equivalent Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field is preferred
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- MCSA, Network+, A+, Security+ certifications a plus
- Technology experience required: VMWare, Network, IP Routing protocols, Microsoft Server OS
- Enterprise high-availability environment design, implementation and support skills required
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (SKA) Required:

Advanced proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Footprint’s (Service Desk) and MS Team Foundation Server.

Ability to lead a team through the full project lifecycle; experience gathering business requirements through interviews with the business community and documenting those findings into functional specifications.

Possess the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to plan and organize tasks to accomplish goals and objectives.

Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-orientated and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 pounds is required. Travel may be required.
