Work with supplier, internal cost engrg &mfg teams to ensure design &process driven changes are implemented with minimal cost &timing impact. Use DFSS &Design of Experiments tools to optimize package &performance of BIW parts that are mass &cost efficient. Use E-squared sys to authorize design changes on supplier &inhouse components &assemblies.
