SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for construction products in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to residential customers and must be able to work a flexible weekly schedule including Saturday’s from 9:00am – 3:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them with excellent service.
- Maintain a professional attitude and create effective relationships with co-workers.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
- Provide product information through company programs and help desk.
- Track quotes and assist in closing sales projects.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and trends.
- Make sales calls to builders, designers, and architects.
- Meet or exceed sales and profit margin goals.
- Utilize product displays and information.
- Perform marketing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required.
- A minimum of 6 month sales experience required.
- Experience in residential construction a plus.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office and Eclipse.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Available for occasional travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
