This position offers a challenging yet rewarding experience working with young adult program participants. The chosen candidate will be expected to coordinate work-based and academic services to out of school students, ages 18-24. Duties include assisting in student process of determining work and academic interests/goals, assisting with self-directed job search approaches, completing intakes on new referrals to determine eligibility and best program placement, and making referrals as appropriate to community resources. This position requires the candidate to have excellent computer skills using Word, Excel and PowePoint. Bachelor degree required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Pay is $14.88/hr
