Primary Function of Position:
Direct incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls appropriately
- Provide assistance to all departments as needed
- Send and receive confidential faxes
- Distribute daily as needed
- Company mail
- Messages received from the answering service
- General office supplies
- Assist with Coordinating lunches
- Help maintain On-Call Scheduling
- Coordinate conference room scheduling
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
