The Operations Department of Lenovo Software is currently recruiting for an Operations Level I order fulfillment position to work in our Carmel, IN office. The main responsibilities are fulfilling and invoicing customer orders, managing the Operations implementation for new product launches and special projects, and providing a superior customer experience. The successful candidate will be required to interlock with Lenovo fulfillment teams, Stoneware sales and management teams, Channel Partners and End Users to ensure orders are processed correctly, resolve any open issues and communicate ongoing status of the orders and projects to various teams and individuals. An ongoing responsibility will be to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the Operations process.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
* Verifying customer tax status and collecting proper documentation
* Order issue resolution
* Error free customer order processing
* Maintaining invoice accuracy
* Notifying customers of upcoming renewals and assist in securing renewal purchases
* Coordinating and scheduling customer training
* Completing special projects as assigned
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Arts, Bachelor's of Science, or equivalent
1-3 years experience in Customer Service or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and web-based applications (Salesforce, Accounting Seed or Avalara experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate and work well with all levels of management, customers, partners, and vendors
Self-motivated problem solving ability
Multi-task oriented and organized
Ability to work in a team environment
