We are seeking someone to perform the following:
1. Provide primary processing support and related back-up of daily deposit activities that may include:
- New account verification, related exception monitoring and customer notification/end of year (EOY) reporting for specialized accounts, such as individual retirement accounts (IRAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs), to ensure adherence to account regulation and bank requirements.
- Imaging and filing of related documentation for specialized deposit accounts.
- Account activity monitoring to ensure adherence to transaction regulation and bank requirements; including Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Dormant Accounts, Reg D violations, Reg CC deposit holds, stop payments and others as assigned.
- Account, check and image item processing support and error resolution; including non-posts, advices, adjustments, non-sufficient funds (NSF), Positive Pay, returns/chargebacks, and foreign items.
- Administration and monitoring of the Bank’s overdraft program; including account monitoring and letters during the timing stages of overdraft collection, up to and including charge-off recommendation.
- Processing and monitoring of legal requests associated with deposit accounts, including garnishments, levies and subpoenas.
- Additional responsibilities as may be assigned.
2. Provide primary support to internal customers related to back-office support of related daily deposit activities, including error resolution for specialized account documentation and transaction processing. May be involved with related operational and deposit compliance training for new team members and front office personnel.
3. Complete on-going education and training activities associated with Bank deposit accounts, including deposit product, operations and regulatory compliance; may include formal classes, online tutorials, webinars and other training.
4. Assists Senior Specialist and Department Manger to maintain and recommend updates to related internal procedures and processes to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements and to improve and automate process.
The candidate must have:

Education/training equivalent of over 18 and up to 36 months(i.e., Associates' Degree)
Over 3 years to 5 years of experience
