Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Developing and prototyping embedded software applications, providing expertise in the following areas:
- Expertise in 3D graphical data, and sensor analytics
- Expertise in 3D terrain data, analysis, overlays and planning software
- Development of Route planning for both manned and unmanned platforms.
- Using line of sight calculations, locations of friendlies, probabilistic locations of op forces
- Utilizing 3D map data and satellite images from all the commercial and government services
- 3D world simulation and vehicle simulation
- Stereophotogrammetry
- Geographic information system
- 3D data acquisition and object reconstruction
- 3D reconstruction from multiple images
- Simultaneous localization and mapping
- Structure from motion
- Stereo Image Processing
- Rapid 3D Mapping
- Test drivers and scripts
- Collecting, collating, and analyzing system design information for testability needs
- Integration and test planning
- Collaborating with System Engineering, Subsystems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering teams on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SLAM, Tracking, Detection, Recognition and Image processing
- Strong Math background and understanding of tracking methodology and technologies;
- Experience leveraging GPU hardware for algorithm acceleration;
- Hands on C++/C programming experience and be able to manage the team's deliverable.
- Machine Learning experience

Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of work experience in the relevant field (Robotics, AR, VR, Automotive or others) 10-14 years of experience preferred
