Overall missions
Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively
Optimizing site performance and mission efficiency
Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site
Preparing sites and teams for Technical resource requirements
Reports to: Regional Manager / General Manager / Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Client relationship & Business development
Being the PIC/Trigo face of on the site, guaranteeing client satisfaction and building a solid relationship with them (incl. support to claim management)
Ensuring clear and transparent communication to the client : sending the reporting in time with accurate information, building on regular client meetings (incl. reviewing planning & upcoming activities with them)
Providing site information on new client opportunities to Sales teams, and providing them insight for the quotations
Monitoring competition (services, prices...) at site level
Contributing to and/or making proper quotations
Operations
Ensuring Health & Safety of employees on site (incl. PPE, ergonomics, site evacuation, working area...)
Must have facilities experience
Estimating mission costs the most accurately possible, building on as much information as possible
Making sure that all required information for contracts and traceability (site and customer record documents, risk analysis) and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information
Making sure operational management tools, monitoring tools (incl. dashboards) are up-to-date, with accurate information
Ensuring "0 defect" in the mission (either 0 ppm or as per agreed upon in contract terms) relying on the PIC/TRIGO quality tools, standards, QMS and audits
Making sure missions are delivered efficiently: estimating cycle time / pph and downtime during the sales phase, monitoring efficiently during mission execution and making sure inspectors know the WI
Ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency
Incl. collecting client and staff suggestions and reporting them to management
Supporting invoicing & cash collection processes
Organization & management
Ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the missions (current and upcoming), and contributing to cross-site resource allocation
Incl. managing temp staff contracts, and making sure that the wages are consistent with the staff's working time
Developing & retaining teams (whether PIC/TRIGO or temps), and ensuring team induction / site orientation & trainings (incl. at mission start), and audits
Incl. ensuring personnel assessment,
Incl. participating to disciplinary meetings if any
Pulling the adapted resources / competences / tools on missions, in order to meet clients' expectations (incl. being involved in the recruiting process)
Animating and motivating the site teams, ensuring the team's safety and ensuring good social climate on the site
Incl. ensuring communication of corporate information to the teams, and communicating the teams' proposals / questions to upper management
Technical
Analyzing technical requirements for customers missions (existing or upcoming) incl. required investments
Pulling technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs (whether with external or internal expertise)
Supporting development of technical expertise at site level
Experience as a mechanic will set you ahead of the pack
