Cyber Security Analyst/Planner (re-entry program) - 27880BR
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Cyber Security team is responsible for driving security throughout Ford to enable a securely connected digital business. The team brings together 4 aspects of Cyber Security -
(i) Partnering with the Industry to share best practices and bring standards to the company.
(ii) We have an obligation to evaluate and mitigate threats by identifying security risks, protecting information assets, responding to threats and working closely with operations to protect the business and remediate issues.
(iii) Protect and Manage assets - by knowing what you have, the value and how to protect them.
(iv) Finally, we are working to Improve Security DNA - this is being done in a variety of creative ways from mock phishing campaigns to awareness articles to training modules.
These 4 aspects are a layered approach to drive secure business integration and innovation for both the enterprise and in-vehicle.
We are enabling the creation of a portfolio management team and need someone with strong communication, organization and planning skills to work cross-functionally and across the department. There may be occasional research into cyber security topics and supporting cyber security awareness throughout the enterprise. The candidate may need to consult and direct external organizations on various cyber security initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
* Supporting one or more of the following budget processes: global financial data for monthly Leadership Business Process Review (BPR), Global staffing updates, Purchase order renewals, Overtime, Training, Travel & Staffing process
* Project Planning and Financial Management of projects
* Consolidated rollup of data for reporting
* Coordination of monthly Business Process Reviews (BPR), Program Operations Review (POR) and Special Attention Reviews (SAR)
* Support 5 year business planning and annual cycle planning activities for Cyber Security
* Maintain Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery information
The Shifting Gears re-entry program is a temporary assignment for those with an extended employment break in their field and who are looking to re-launch their careers. This is a supplemental position with provisions and benefits different from a regular full time position. All positions are expected to begin in September 2017, and have a 6 month duration. If you have a successful internship you could receive an offer of full-time employment.
