HOURS: 1 PART-TIME POSITION; MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

QUALIFICATIONS: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/G.E.D. MINIMUM 1 ½ YEARS HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE AND PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST HAVE AN EXCELLENT, PROVEN AND DOCUMENTED ATTENDANCE AND TARDY RECORD. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS JOB RELATED TESTS.
DUTIES:
- WORK CLOSELY WITH F&B DIRECTOR AND MANAGER(S) IN SPECIAL EVENTS IN BAR LOUNGE, CONVENTION CENTER/BAR, SHOWROOM AND OUTDOOR CATERING EVENTS.
- PROVIDE TRAINING, ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION TO ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS. MONITOR DAILY ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNICATE WITH MANAGEMENT BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITTEN FORM.
- RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS/CONCERNS REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- SCHEDULING OF ADEQUATE STAFF AND ASSIGNING WORK DUTIES.
- OBSERVE AND EVALUATE STAFF AND WORK PROCEDURES TO ENSURE QUALITY STANDARDS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY F&B DIRECTOR AND F&B MANAGER(S).
