Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field of study

One (1) year of experience working in a business environment coordinating social media for business on applicable platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Wikis)

One (1) year of experience using web analytics tools to interpret data and build insightful reporting
-
One (1) year of experience writing for the web, on social, or in traditional media
-
One (1) years of experience successfully managing and growing multiple paid advertising accounts
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
-
Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
-
Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision

Ability to collaborate with team members

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license

Up to 5% domestic travel
