Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field of study

Five (5) years of experience developing and monitoring affirmative action plans, including OFCCP compliance evaluation experience
-
Five (5) years of experience conducting and/or managing employee relations investigations
-
Three (3) years of experience developing and delivering one-on-one and group training
-
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
-
Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
-
Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions (e.g., perform mail merge, insert table of contents)

Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)
-
Microsoft PowerPoint skills to include the ability to create presentations and add slides, insert images, move and resize objects
-
Ability to conduct and interpret descriptive and inferential statistics
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks and priorities
-
Ability to build successful and effective relationships at all levels of an organization

Ability to effectively present to an audience
