Pay structure:
$500/Weekly Base Salary + Commission from Clinic Sales + Weekly Bonus Opportunity
Training:
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center. In- clinic training will follow.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Consult with prospective patients. Learn and understand their weight loss goals and habits and design one of MWLC’s programs to meet their needs.
- Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance, suggestions, and motivation where necessary for maximum benefit of the program.
- Educate patients on various company products that will enhance their success.
- Oversee clinic staff. Delegate daily tasks for optimum clinic performance. Audit patient charts for service
- Set sales and service goals for the clinic and staff. Communicate said expectations and coach and develop staff to achieve goals.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and completed properly. Ensure that clinic remains OSHA compliant.
Qualifications
- Must have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition and be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, as well as maintaining a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
- Experience in Sales and Management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Be goal oriented and can motivate others to achieve goals.
- Possess active listening skills that are essential to develop customized strategies per individual needs.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance while being sympathetic to the patient’s needs.
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
