The ideal candidate for the Senior Manager needs to know key Purchasing processes and systems as well as understand how these processes and systems support FCA business processes for the entire product and business lifecycle and be able to work with others to provide the tools necessary to achieving the best results for the company. The candidate selected will also play a key leadership role for PS&Q regarding future changes to PentaSAP.
This position will lead a 25 member team that is responsible for the management of:
•Direct Purchasing Contracts and Purchase Orders
•Indirect Purchasing Processes and Systems
•Supplier Quality Methods and Reporting
•Purchasing-related Business Intelligence
•Resolving supplier process/system issues through via a Supplier Advocate Team
This is accomplished by:
•Developing, documenting and providing training on business processes and procedures
•Defining, testing and supporting various systems that facilitate the effective implementation of said business processes and procedures for Buyers and Suppliers
•Working with ICT, Legal, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Mopar, etc. on improvements of new processes inside and out of Purchasing and Supplier Quality
•Collaborating with colleagues from EMEA, LATAM & APAC to standardize and communize processes and systems globally
•Performing data analysis and developing reporting to ensure compliance, measure results and promote continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
•10+ years of Purchasing, Program Management or ICT experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
•PentaSAP experience
•Cross cultural or organizational experience
•5+ years supervisory experience
