The selected candidate for the Alfa Romeo Product Senior Manager will be a motivated, results-driven individual who will play a key role in the launch of Alfa Romeo within the North American market. The candidate will lead a team and is responsible to analyze, develop and present business recommendations to Executives derived from key competitive sales/positioning data to promote sales/revenue growth of the brand, while managing the product
lifecycle of Alfa Romeo's current and future product portfolio for the North American market.
The candidate will work closely with the Alfa Romeo Product Planning, Finance, Marketing, Incentives, Supply Chain, CPOV, Dealer Network, Service/ Parts, Training and the Alfa Romeo Field Organization to coordinate, support and execute the launch of Alfa Romeo within the North American market. The candidate will use their leadership abilities to ensure that all projects and programs are positioned to support sales and financial goals, all while positioning Alfa Romeo's brand values in the premium automotive market. Selected candidate will be a detailed oriented individual with strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree
•10 years of experience in brand / product management, sales or marketing
•Knowledge of automotive marketplace and its competitive landscape
•Strong MS Office skills, including advanced ability in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
•Master's degree
•Automotive OEM field sales experience
•Highly organized, effective at gaining consensus with multiple parties
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a high energy, fast-paced environment
