Armor Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include:
- Order entry
- Answering telephones
- Checking order status
- Database entry
- Enter invoices in MAS 90
- Filing
- Customer name tags
- Proofing sales orders
- Track UPS shipments
- PADOC database
- Prepare quarterly reports for the customer, where applicable
- Record verbal customer complaints
- Follow up and resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
- Two years experience in dealing with the public
- Excellent communication skills
Entry level wage is $12 per hour
