SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is actively seeking a Loan Officer for a credit union located in Grandville, MI. This person will be responsible for working alongside credit union members and handling their transactions to meet their financial needs. This person must be bilingual in English and Spanish for this position and will be required to float between various responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to all credit union members.
- Oversee all member account and loan needs.
- Explain different types of loans and credit options that are available.
- Answer specific questions about the loan process.
- Provide cross sales strategies to promote company services.
- Meet monthly sales calls and team sales goal expectations.
- Utilize credit union software system.
- Working in different areas as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience in loan processing or credit analysis preferred.
- Experience with Credit Union Base software preferred.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
