QUALIFICATIONS: HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D.; MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC COMPUTER SYSTEM APPLICATIONS; MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS; PREVIOUS TELEPHONE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT ON THE JOB TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED; ABILITY TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISON AND WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE.
DUTIES:
- HANDLE ALL INCOMING CALLS AND TRANSFER THEM TO APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS, PAGING CUSTOMERS/EMPLOYEES WHEN NECESSARY.
- PROVIDE CALLER WITH LIMITED INFORMATION ON FACILITY EVENTS AND FORWARD INFORMATION REQUESTS TO PROPER DEPARTMENTS.
- MAKE, CHANGE, CONFIRM AND CANCEL HOTEL AND RV PARK LOCATION RESERVATIONS.
EMPLOYMENT SELECTION WILL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HANNAHVILLE INDIAN COMMUNITY’S TRIBAL EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS ORDINANCE (TERO) TITLE IV CHAPTER 3.
