DEPARTMENT SUMMARY
This position will be within the Resource Planning team. Resource Planning supports our Customer Contact Centers by scheduling and planning required resources. The team works closely with the staff of the Customer Contact Center to meet the needs of our customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
The ADMIN ASST III would be resonsible for data entry for the Resource Planning team. This includes CSR schedule modification and additions, non phone work schedule changes and additions, and overtime schedule changes and additions. The ADMIN ASST III will also be responsible for processing data related requests from the Resource Planning team. This position will be located in Lansing or Grand Rapids.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICIATIONS
At least 2 years of applicable experience and a High School diploma or equivalent

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Administrative Assistant III typically requires two or more years of working experience in Administrative Support and performs a wide variety of complex clerical, secretarial, or data entry tasks. These tasks may include scheduling office operations for a major administrative unit, budget preparation/reconciling/reporting, compiling and analyzing complex data and preparing reports. The employee may be responsible for prioritizing work and directing/training lower level employees or be expected to efficiently utilize several computer software programs. In summary, an Administrative Assistant III performs a variety of complex office tasks, and has the ability to resolve most questions and problems while only referring the most complex issues to higher levels. The employee performs calculations and/or analyzes situations/data to determine applicable methods, procedures or techniques in relationship to standardized practices, rules and regulations.
HOURS AND TRAVEL
This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with 90% of time spent in the office or specific field locations.
This position may require the ability to travel between field locations. This position may include nights and
weekend/holiday timeframes.
