As the Service Trainer, you will:

• Develop, revise, and update Skytron product and service training courses and curriculum across all modes of instruction, including virtual, in-person, and recorded training modules for on-demand viewing. Course and curriculum needs include but are not limted to: Sales Academy, Service School, in-service training, and other product trainings
• Create and incoroproate knowledge assessments and examinations into developed curiculums, ensuring certification requirements are met
• Incorporate video, live product demonstrations, and hands-on opportunities into training courses, where appropriate
• Conduct comprehensive review of service publications, manuals and collaborate with Field Service, Product Management, Suppliers, and Marketing to ensure course material is both thorough and accurate
• Deliver dynamic teaching instruction of devised curriculms through live and virtual formats, including: workshops, demonstrations and multi-day / multi-week courses
• Execute In-service training for healthcare in accordance to hospital protocols
• Accompany field service team on implementations, installs, repairs, and preventative maintenance visits; providing support and incorporating observations and learning into course training materials
• Maintain accurate training participant records and certifications, according to quality recordkeeping standards. Track retraining and recertification needs according to established timelines and guidelines outlined by department leaders or compliance requirements. Provide verification of training, as needed for credentialing purposes
• Manage and maintain the LMS platform, including: user assignments, course assignments, and content updates
• Execute administrative functions related to training events, including: participation in establishment of annual training calendar, responding to documentation requests, class scheduling and communications, classroom setup and clean-up, course material and resource preparartion, serving as the point-of-contact for training related questions, and partnering with the Marketing and Events Coordinator for additional hospitatlity needs
• Execute additional related duties and projects, as assigned

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or similar field of study
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience delivering training to a range of skill levels and experience. Previous experience within medical or technical fields (strongly preferred)
• Have previous experience and demonstrated success in curriculum and course development
• Have hands on experience (installation / service / maintenance) of Surgical tables, lights, booms, washer disinfectors, OR integration, sterilizers, warming cabinets (strongly preferred)
• Possess a general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems (strongly preferred)
• Be technically inclined, with knowledge of IP address changing, COM port identification, loading software / Firmware to components, content recording and editing
• Be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia software and Microsoft Office programs, including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time
