For the Order Entry position, Team Amigo is looking for an associate who can work a full time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, at our location in Bridgeport, Michigan. The goal of this position is to process orders accurately and timely. Please read the position’s responsibilities and qualifications below to determine whether you are a good fit:
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter all orders provided by Sales and Customer Service
- Add customers to database as necessary following specific criterea
- Notify order taker of inaccuracies in orders
- Daily invoice all orders shipped
- Enter Invoice information on Ariba and other online sites
- Warranty and RMA order entry
- Enter service repair orders
- Assist other areas as needed in training on order entry for new ERP system from Netsuite.
- Enter orders for Amigo Service Company as needed
- Train back-ups in order entry
Qualifications:
Top three skills required:
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to produce accurate, professional error-free documents in a timely manner
- Expert keyboard skill
Other important skills as part of the tasks to perform:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook
- Harris Data software experience
- Intermediate skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages
- Ability to apply common sense to understanding to carry out written and verbal instructions
- Effective management of time and resources
