Job Description
Performs a broad array of customer support services including, but not limited to, assisting the Recipient Rights Officer with rights related activities (i.e. site visits, data collection, logging & entry, investigations, and occasional training). Staff must possess excellent computer skills; outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills; and above average written and spoken communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers and community stakeholders. Additionally, the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively in a team-based environment. The employee will complete other tasks as needed in various programs as assigned by supervisor.
