We currently have a requirement with us for an HR and Office Administrator role for IT staffing/ Consulting/ Technology services. This is a position to be based in Livonia, Michigan. Responsibilities:
- Daily office functions.
- Maintaining MIS & Daily Reports. Preparing of Offer, Relieving and other letters.
- Handling HR activities for employees i.e. joining formalities, Visa paperwork, Employment Verification and maintain employee relations.
- Maintain & prepare the office administration Records: - employee Records, Office Records.
- Attend the incoming calls and respond to the various queries
- Performs administrative work as an assistant to our Executive or Supervisor.
- Performs general office work such as typing, filing, faxing and photocopying.
- Will be assigned different Projects/ tasks from time to time by Executive or Supervisor.
- Should be able to maintain confidentiality.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Accurate, efficient, punctual and ability to handle detail-oriented assignments
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn the business and be proactive
- Excellent public relations skills
