For the Receptionist position, Team Amigo is looking for an associate who can work a part time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm, at our location in Bridgeport, Michigan. The goal of this position is to be responsible for greeting customers and answering phone calls in a friendly, professional manner and providing clerical support services to administration and other departments timely and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in person or on the phone in a pleasant, professional manner, directs call to appropriate staff or communicates messages in a timely manner.
- Assists management with maintaining and documenting statistics for databases and outcomes. Generates reports as requested by management.
- Responsible to maintain correspondence, files, and documents for Store Manager.
- Following up by telephone or mail on accounts past due to receive payment in full.
- Maintain skills and seek self-improvement in computer skills such as: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Follow-up with doctors, physical therapists, insurance companies etc. to assist in completion of sales.
- Communicates with customers on upcoming service appointments
- Other tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years as administrative assistant experience preferred
- Able to function as a polite, cooperative team member with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented, accurate, and possess general office knowledge
- Able to work independently, efficiently, with the ability to multi task
- Able to seek self-improvement to develop short-comings
