Permanent Hire Positions. 2nd Shift Available
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accurate and timely hanging and/or unhanging parts on a moving powder coat paint line.
- Previous paint line experience is preferred.
- Responsible for loading and unloading parts on and off the automated paint line system.
- Determines what hooks are necessary for which parts and properly utilizes them.
- Ensures the paint line remains at full capacity to ensure proper efficiencies.
- Position may include preparing parts for the painting process including the masking and plugging of parts.
- Responsible for visual inspection of completed parts.
- Assists in the packaging of parts and being removed from the paint line per customer requirements.
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, job orders, specifications, and memos.

- Observes and practices safety procedures and policies.
- Frequent bending and twisting and ability to stand & walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
- Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
- Attendance is a critical job function requirement.
