Assist with Information Technology (IT) project initiatives centered on Microsoft solutions. The Enterprise Microsoft Solutions Intern will be an integral part of teams and support a variety of critical path project activities and deliverables, including solution design, configuration, development, and testing.
Day-to-Day Role:

Support project solution design and documentation including business requirements, process definition, and process flow modeling

Support the Microsoft critical infrastructure, which includes Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype

Support IT system testing activities including test script creation, execution, and documentation

Support end-user activities during critical system changes
