Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

Requires one of the following:
-
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, management information systems or related field of study and two (2) years of ITIL based change management experience, OR
-
High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of ITIL based change management experience

Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools such as Remedy, Service Now or HP Service Manager
-
Knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000:2000
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
-
Ability to translate technical changes into user based communications
-
Ability to actively participate as a member of the team and be held to constantly improving standards, working to always improve the change control process for all involved
-
Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with a senior leadership team within a company
-
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
-
Demonstrated ability to learn technical information quickly
-
Ability to be forward looking with process improvement in mind

Up to 10% domestic travel
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license

Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

Availability to participate in on call rotation
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
-
ITIL, ISO/IEC Foundation, TQM, COBIT or Six Sigma certified
-
Experience using ITIL Change Management best practices in SAP
-
SharePoint experience
-
SAP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ITSM experience
-
Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server experience
