Federal-Mogul's Powertrain Division is looking for a Financial Systems Manager that will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and carrying out development projects for large integrated financial systems. The role will focus on ensuring the financial systems are always available and providing optimal performance for users. This person will become a valued member of our Finance Department, where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore, opportunities for advancement are strong.
An ideal candidate for this position is a candidate who possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another related field with 6-8 years of experience. Financial systems administrator experience (OneStream, Hyperiod HFM, or similar software), 2-3 years of management experience and project management experience are all necessary qualifications for this position.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (required)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6-8 years' experienceFinancial Systems Administrator experience required (OneStream, Hyperion HFM, or similar software) 2-3 years of supervisory/management experienceMinimum 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably with a large consulting firmOneStream experience extremely beneficialMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (strongly preferred)Clear accounting and finance process understanding (ideally with some form of finance background) to enable effective support of consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred (SAP, Oracle, QAD, etc.)Team-oriented and able to perform tasks where time management is criticalExcellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work with business stakeholders at all levels
